The Front Counter position will be responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction, primarily by handling all counter transactions quickly, efficiently, and friendly manner. This position handles monetary transactions; takes telephone and counter orders; prepares, packs, and serves food items to guests; and supports other counter functions to ensure counter operations' efficient and effective flow. This position also provides our guest experience in a CLEAN, FAST, and FRIENDLY environment.
Essential Functions Of Position:
- Provides exceptional customer service, greeting and thanking guests and anticipating their wants and needs to ensure a pleasant experience.
- Takes guest orders accurately, be they over the phone or in person, using suggestive selling techniques when possible.
- Accurately enters orders into the POS System and appropriately processes credit cards, gift cards, coupons, and cash payments.
- Packs and checks orders to ensure they are completed to the guest's satisfaction.
- Maintain a safe and sanitary work and guest area by constantly cleaning, organizing, and replenishing necessary items.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management.
